Inspired by the biblical account in Matthew 2:13–15, this carved olive wood figure reflects the journey of the Holy Family to Egypt. After Joseph was warned in a dream, he took Mary and the child Jesus to safety, beginning their sacred journey away from danger.
The piece has a simple, smooth, intentionally faceless design that highlights the natural wood grain and the peaceful meaning of the story. It makes a thoughtful addition to a prayer space, home altar, or Christian décor collection.
