Refund policy

1. Exchanges

All sales are final and we do not offer refunds, but will be happy to arrange exchange of items. We do not cover the shipping cost unless the exchange results from our mistakes, such as sending wrong items. 

2. Return Policy

A. Within 30 calendar days of receiving your shipment, you may return the item to Holy Land Cradle if the return

is due to our error (i.e., we shipped you the wrong products). We will refund you the order total amount including

shipping or we will fix the issue on our expense.

B. We cannot exchange an item that is damaged or with missing parts 30 calendar days after the delivery date.

Complain must be reported within 10 days or less from the date received. 

3. Mailing Instructions:

we will be in contact informing papers should be sent with the shipment and the address 

4. Refunds:                                                                                

We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item . This will be within 7 to 10 business days from the day we receive your item.
